What can I donate? 

Silent Auction 

We invite offers of donations that can be used as items in our Silent Auction. Please complete the donation offer form or contact us by email

Secondhand Books and Toys

Books, toys and games in as-new or very good condition. Items must be in good enough condition that you would be prepared to hand them on to a friend. Please see our guidelines for donating books.

Equipment and Supplies

If you are able to provide equipment or consumable supplies to help us offset our costs, we need items such as: 

  • food ingredients and fresh food, 
  • stationery, 
  • catering serving-ware (plates, bowls, cutlery, cups. etc), 
  • equipment (eg. marquees, tables, bollards, tools)

Acknowledgment of your donation

We show our appreciation for your support in the following ways:

  • listing your business on the Our Supporters page and linking to your website,
  • our public Twilight Market Facebook page will 'like' your Facebook page and make a public post acknowledging your donation, 
  • acknowledgement in the school newsletter, which is sent out to over 300 families with children at BEPS,
  • acknowledgement on the private BEPS parents Facebook group, which has over 300 members,
  • a Certificate of Appreciation to display at your business premises.

Stallholder enquiries

We appreciate your interest in our market. However we do not accept applications from external stallholders. The Twilight Market is a fundraising event run by the Brunswick East Primary School community to support the School. All our stalls are run by families from the school community. We warmly invite you to come along as a visitor and enjoy our event.
